Lifewave patches:
Surely they have a money back guarentee???
I would imagine that most of these types of products come with a 30 day money-back offer if not completely satisfied!!!
& surely this guarentee would stand up in a court of law?? wouldn't it??
Ethical companies would have this policy! |

SHIS,
ALL scams offer a money back guarantee.
Just try getting your money back!
Other News:
Our ex-distributor trying to sell promotional distributor supplies has re-listed on Ebay. No takers first time round. Now the profits will go to the red cross.
Still no takers at time of posting. Where is the "LifeWave Family"? Here's your chance to give to the Red Cross ahead of the CON.vention in Las Vegas.
PRODUCT, WAVER, Give Up, Try It, Buy Me & Stop One,
ANYBODY?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5612604034
Come on, help ex-distributor CON SHY TOM (2) out. Look after your "LifeWave Family" even if they are ex-members.
By the way PRODUCT.
Having assured me "It's all about the product"
Why did you post:
"Nanotechnology is here!! Wouldn't you want to be a part of this trillion dollar industry in 2015. I'm glad I am!!"
Can't quite make your mind up?
Unfortunately for you and all other distributors, as WWSN1 has pointed out before:
Your Responsibilities
If you decide to become a distributor, you are legally responsible for the claims you make about the company, its product and the business opportunities it offers. That applies even if you're repeating claims you read in a company brochure or advertising flyer. The Federal Trade Commission advises you to verify the research behind any claims about a product's performance before repeating those claims to a potential customer.
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/alerts/pyrdalrt.htm
So, on the day that Jerry Lewis works hard for MD, PRODUCT, WAVER and all the other members of the "LifeWave Family" can reflect, or get on with their "ethical" business of bringing relief to the masses, while making a dollar or two in the process.
But, please don't waste a single further moment in trying to get me to feel "scared" or "jealous" or ask me yet again to "try the patches".
What part of NO don't you understand?
IT IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY

I am quoting CMG from page 28 of the forum. "I was sent a pair of LifeWave patches. My wife volunteered to test them. They didn't do anything."
Now I am quoting CMG from post above - "I've already said several times that I was given a few pairs of the patches and gave them to my wife to try. They did nothing at all.
Now we see the truth coming out. There is no truth. Was it one set, was it a few sets?? The fact is that all of you are scared to try the product. I don't care what other companies promise. Lifewave stands behind their product so why don't you purchase a one month supply and put them to the test??? If I knew you I would gladly give you a month supply to try for free. But since I don't trust you (you lie as above), you will need to order them from Lifewave directly!! We are sick of waiting but you all keep us wavers amused with your analism!! LOL |

NANOMAN,
That's it..."a pair" or "few pair's"?
That is your proof that LifeWave manufactures a worthwhile product worthy of $90 for a month's supply + S&H. A product that will turn our world upside down and make David Schmidt more famous and respected than Einstein, Galileo, Watson and Crick, and thousands of lesser scientist rolled into one.
"a pair" or "few pairs"
Stunning.
Your argument is so huge I just can't take it in. My miniscule brain humbly quivers in a corner and waits in trembling anticipation for fresh word from your keyboard.
Please don't make the world wait too long to hear your next Universe shattering observation.
"a pair" or "few pairs"
No, I still can't take it in. I'm going to have to lie down to get my strength back.
THIS IS THE PART WHERE YOU SAY "WHY DON'T YOU TRY THE PATCHES"
Your ever so humble reader.

WWSN1 will no doubt continue to try to help suckers like you save themselves.
Personally I'm beginning to feel you deserve everything coming your way.
I wish you all the success you have earned.

LifeWavers will say you are not an athlete at all. You are part of a worldwide conspiracy to stop David Schmidt selling his worthwhile product!
How does it feel like to be part of a conspiracy?
If the patches did contain crap you could at least fertilize your roses, but they're not even any good for that!

Jesus! That's what you're going to go with? How pathetic. The fact is I was sent, I believe, 3 pairs and my wife tried them for several days. Pay attention now: NOTHING HAPPENED. NOTHING AT ALL HAPPENED. Got it now?
You know, up to this point I had some question in my mind as to whether you actually believed in the things or if you were just in it for the money. I have the answer to that question now. I called your bluff and you folded. I knew all along that they were a scam and now I know that you know that too.
As a child could plainly see, it isn't really relevant whether I was sent ONE pair or SEVERAL pairs. I challenged you to put your money where your mouth is and you ran for the hills.
I sure hope some of your customers are reading this. If they are, they should read between the lines, realize that you are defrauding them and immediately demand their money back.
I'd ask how you sleep at night but I'm sure you'd claim that you sleep just fine because of the amazing, magical LifeWave patches.
By the way, you completely ducked what I said about you guys not being able to explain any of the claims you make for the phony things. Just what I expected. Pathetic. |

Wow! Just tried to read the "scientific paper" on the patches written by Lifewave's doctor. Yummy! Strongly recommend to everyone!
Based on his paper, both visible light and sound are electromagnetic!!! Another major discovery! "Sound is a portion of the electromagnetic spectrum". LOL!!! And we, mere mortals, thought that sound was a pressure wave. Lifewavers! Electromagnetic waves move at the speed of light and do not need a medium. Lifewavers, do you know how fast sound moves? Can a sound wave move in a complete vacuum? |

Can a LifeWaver's brain work in a complete vacuum?
Apparently it can, and it receives the sound of David Schmidt's mantra "BUY THE PATCHES BUY THE PATCHES" turning yet another physical property on it's head.
In the LifeWave Universe sound CAN travel in a vacuum! |

All joking aside LifeWave believers.
Pay a visit to your local institute of learning and ask to meet with someone from their science dept. Show them the scientific info that LifeWave puts out on its website.
Ask them for their unbiased opinion.
That strange feeling on your face, and the sensation in the hearing centers of your brain, via your tympanic membranes and associated organs of hearing, is the result of sound waves travelling from the mouth of the learned person and exciting air between you and that unfortunate person.
Ask that person why they think LifeWave is a scam. Listen carefully and maybe you will save yourself a great deal of embarrassment and heartache as well as a great deal of money.
All joking aside, I really hope some of you will follow up on my well intentioned suggestion...no, really.

Because I am compulsive, I just had to check...
Nanoman (who on page 21 of this forum spells his name "NanoMan") said "I am quoting CMG from page 28 of the forum. 'I was sent a pair of LifeWave patches. My wife volunteered to test them. They didn't do anything.'"
I couldn't find anything like that on page 28, but on page 27 there is a posting from CMG that includes "Actually, if you look at some of the earlier postings on this thread, you'll see that I actually was sent some sample patches by one of your fellow LifeWave evangelists."
I only went back as far as page 20 to try to find the earlier posting that CMG referred to, but then I got bored and quit looking.
To me, "some" is closer to "a few pair". But heck, I'm not in hyper-brain mode, because I don't have any patches. |

SNOOKERED,
Given that you sound genuinely interested in finding out about the patches, there are a number of steps you can take.
1: Read this entire forum carefully...will take a while...and feel happy that you dodged a bullet and will be saving your money.
2: Read this entire forum and feel that the product is the greatest thing to be offered for sale since the big bang. You will gladly hand over your money and move on to a better life and a regular monthly outlay.
3: Take up my previous suggestion of printing off the "scientific proof" from the LifeWave website and finding an unbiased third party who can read through the material and give you an honest appraisal. ie World shattering invention (still not patented) or pyramid Multi Level Marketing product where $$$$ is the #1 emphasis of the company and its distributors.
4: Read up on the placebo effect. New research is very interesting. See my posting on page 32 Pain perception, Mind tricks, Aug 25th 2005
From The Economist print edition
5: Read up on/talk to others, with no vested interest one way or the other, about the difficulties in coming up with a method of trying out a product like the patches that is completely objective. Not an easy task. LifeWave claim to have many studies to "prove" the efficacy of the patches. The arguments will continue.
6: Think for a moment about how you learned about the patches and who gave you some to try, or perhaps you just sent off for a trial pack. If someone gave them to you to try, what will they get out of your continued purchase of the product? Are there any conflicts of interest?
7: Last and not least, decide that everyone who contributes to this forum is completely whacko and you are going to try out the patches and if they work, they must be genuine.
I wish you well in your research. With the internet and centers of learning, as well as colleagues and friends, you have a great numbers of resources at your disposal.
Have fun with it and I look forward to your comments in the days ahead.

Dr. LifeWave strikes again! His paper has entertainment value of gigantic proportions. Maybe on top of Nobel prizes in chemistry, physics, biology, and medicine, LifeWave is also eligible for the Nobel prize in literature! Please look at http://www.lifewave.com/pdf/haltiwanger_24p_paper.pdf
Page 12 of 24: "LifeWave has overcome these conceptual barriers by formulating mixtures of ORTHOMOLECULAR ORGANIC CHIRAL MOLECULES..."
This major discovery deserves a closer look.
1. Orthomolecular: ortho means strait. Orhtomolecular = consisting of STRAIT molecules (?). Orhtomolecular is not a scientific termin. In organic chemistry, ortho is usually used to indicate orientation of two identical atoms substituting hydrogen in aromatic compounds
(for exemple, o(ortho) dichlorobenzene).
2.Chiral = helical. Or in other words, SPIRAL.
Lifewavers, has anyone ever seen a strait spiral? Well, David Schmidt invented it. Nobel prize in geometry must coming soon.
WWSN: thanks for the link. Great job! Highly recommended.
Edhuk: I can only hope that somebody will follow your advice and ask an expert about the LifeWave science. But then again their upline will say that the expert is afraid to try it himself and his opinion should therefore be disregarded. |

Yeah, it's more than a little puzzling that they haven't bought up the poor guy's patches, especially they keep exhorting US to buy some--at full retail. Wouldn't this be an opportunity for them to get some on the cheap, help out a former distributor AND contribute to the Red Cross?
After all, with a "money-back guarantee," what risk could they possibly be taking by buying them? What are you afraid of, LifeWavers? What do you have against David Schmidt's amazing invention?
By the way, I haven't forgotten the questions I asked which you have been avoiding. I'll repeat them for you.
What does "nanotechnology" mean in the context of small plastic adhesive patches?
How do small plastic adhesive patches affect the "magnetic field" allegedly surrounding the human body?
You guys throw these terms around so you MUST know what they mean, right? |

Oh man!! I just read the paper that Dr. Boris referred to, and I'm signing up to get some patches. I hope I get them in time to wear them long enough to reverse my polarity, or fix my aura, or whatever it is that keeps them from working. Then I'm going to Vegas for the get-rich-quick conference, because...
According to the "The Science Behind LifeWave Technology Patches", "LifeWave patches were designed to make people winners.". What better place to be a winner than in Las Vegas?
AND since the patches are guaranteed, even in the unlikely event that they don't work, and I'm not a winner, LifeWave will give my my money back! |

STILL WAITING...
for the LifeWave Family, Nanoman, Waver, Product etc. to help out their ex-distributor CON SHY TOM (2) on Ebay.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5612604034
All proceeds now go to the Red Cross as nobody bid first time around.
You still have time to put your money where your good intentions reside.
Seems like the LifeWavers are a little thin on the ground this week in the forum. I expect they are getting ready for their "pilgrimage" to Las Vegas.
While they are away, perhaps first time visitors to this forum will take the opportunity to seek out unbiased opinions about the patches.
Make sure the people you talk to have never heard of LifWave (easier than you think despite the apparent worldwide saturation of the product).
Ask for an opinion as to the likelyhood that a non-transdermal (brown) glucose filled patch and a non-transdermal (white) glycerin filled patch, when stuck on your body, can influence your cells to make more energy and increase stamina. (LifeWave info talks about making stamina which I've never really understood. I thought stamina was more to do with overall conditioning than a definable product that you can make, but that's splitting hairs).
Ask them if radio transmitters and the other LifeWave speak makes much sense.
Ask them if it all sounds "too good to be true".
For $90 + S&H a month.
Consider who has everything to loose when LifeWave collapses. People who continue to ask questions about the product and are still waitng for rational answers, or those at the top of the LifeWave Multi Level Marketing pyramid.
Sit back and think about it.
You pays your money and you makes your choice...or not.
Is it all about the money?

Here is the truth about Lifewave that continually gets twisted up in the minds of those who are blind to progress. All of the questions that continually get asked in this forum and pasted over and over by WWSN have been answered. I caution all the readers of this forum to keep in mind that the WWSN has its own personal agenda against some individuals in Lifewave and he is a disinformation specialist.
Lifewave has sent over 40 pages of documents to WWSN and these have not been acknowledged.
Here are some facts about Lifewave:
1.David Schmidt has presented his curriculum vitae and it continues to get bashed. When someone invents something it takes time to establish a curriculum vitae that the annals are looking for.
2.It is typical for academics to ask for double blind placebo studies, however these cost money that a new company does not have yet. Even if one or two studies are completed, scientists turn around and say they need more peer reviewed studies.
3.Now that the company has been around for almost a year, Independent clinical double blind studies are currently being conducted by top scientists and Doctors from around the world. Some of these scientists have published over 100 articles in peer reviewed journals. The results of these studies will be published in about 4 months.
4.Many highly respected Doctor |

I hate to nit-pick, (well, ok, I love to nit-pick, but I try not to...) but reading Nanoman's list of facts brings a couple things to mind.
1. I feel like I've been hearing about the promised study results being available in 4 months for a while now.
2. Because to me, "information" should come from sources that appear able to think and learn at somewhat above a 3rd grade level, it's difficult for me to respect any "info" in a sentence written by someone who uses apostrophes incorrectly twice, but then omits them where they would be appropriate.
I also had to read this:
1.David Schmidt has presented his curriculum vitae and it continues to get bashed. When someone invents something it takes time to establish a curriculum vitae that the annals are looking for.
several times before I figured out that the something that was invented wasn't the curriculum vitae... |

I stand by my statement of Monday August 15th 2005
It's easy to spurt forth a huge amount of uncorroborated material. There will be tons of the stuff at the convention. Whew, will they see the evidence. Evidence coming and going, going and coming. Will any of it be of any scientific value? Very doubtful.
You can be sure of one very important thing. There will be enough to talk about for months to come and so David Schmidt will have achieved his #1 aim of the conference. More DELAYING tactics. Keep em happy and keep em confused...and keep sending in the money. Great stuff.
The Con..ference will be filled with a variety of people, but in two general groups.
1: Those that know the patches are placebo based and are in it solely for the money. Those at the head of the pyramid MLM who have most to gain will be "on show" for all to see and admire? A smattering of hangers on will be trying to shake hands with the leader of this giant money making extravaganza.
2: Those who actually "believe" in the product and feel they are doing a service to mankind by learning more about the product so that they can honestly answer people's questions.
Which group do you belong to?

It's the least you could do. After all, you have no invested interest in the suuccess of this scam pyramid MLM company do you? No conflict of interests with your heartfelt statement.
Now that you have given the solid, reliable reassurance that purchasers of a product might look for, let's take a look at the depth and breadth of the reassurance.
................"knows"...........................
Well, I "know" I feel greatly reassured. Seems that $90 + S&H sounds extremely reasonable for 15 sets of glucose and glycerin patches. Obviously the success of LifeWave is assured. The $175 poster also sounds very reasonable. I think a person could feel good about themselves just by looking at such a poster, just like looking at a poster of Marie Osmond in the old days. (You were a fan weren't you?)
...................."knows".......................
Yep, that's all the information any thinking person needs.
The problem is, I "think" you don't "know" anything other than one plain truth....
LifeWave sells a PLACEBO product for a great deal of money. They make outrageous claims for the product. These claims only make sense inside the surreal world of a LifeWave PROPAGANDA CON..ference.
..."Know" that, no conflict of interests PRODUCT... |

The product does work and I would be happy to chat with you after you try a month supply (money back guarantee).
I'm sorry if you can't afford $69 a month to feel great. I find that the cost is very minimal for a product that works this good. Compare it to other supplements that people use to create an edge. It only works out to about $4 per day wearing them every other day. Thats the price of a Starbucks coffee.
I do find the posters to be outrageously priced but I don't need one of these to use the product.
By the way lifewave is an MLM but is not a pyramid. Maybe you shuold look up "pyramid" on your handy internet that you like to be on. Better yet why don't you come to the Conference and ask all of your questions their????? |

Yeah, happy to say, "Sucker!!!"
"Better yet why don't you come to the Conference and ask all of your questions their?????"
Somehow I don't think attendees at the Lifewave conference will be interested in hearing anyone question the explanations given by Schmidt & Co. They only want to know how to make more money. If you try to shit on this parade, you'll probably be lynched. |

If I'm goint to go to a conference in Vegas, I'd rather wait until January/06 and go to The Amazing Meeting 4 with James Randi. The TAM4 guest list includes REAL scientists, researchers and one Nobel prize winner.
How many Nobel laureates will be at the Lifewave conference? |

The product does work
Thank you once again for your reassuring words. I know now that I can have complete faith in LifeWave patches. You, whoever you are, has said they work so that should be ample proof, right?
I see the price has dropped to $69 a month + S&H from $90 + S&H a short time ago. Glad I didn't get a stock in a few weeks ago. I'd be a little unhappy right about now if I had.
If I wait a few more weeks will the price be dropping further to, say, $49.95 or $39.95. $29.95 has a nice ring to it...$19.95 is even better. Have you noticed how much stuff is priced $19.95 on TV. Seems to be a magic price point.
Yep, I think $19.95 + S&H sounds fair for a months supply of placebo patches.
I hope all the distributors who bought at the higher prices will be able to dump their product before the prices drop further.
As for Starbucks coffee...I happen to believe it's grossly overpriced, but at least buyers know what they are getting.
On second thoughts, I don't think I'd buy at $1.00 per box. The salvaged glycerin and glucose costs less than that and what good would bits of round plastic be?

Sorry about the spelling WWSN.
Its great to see that you are signed up as a gold distributor. I knew you would see the light some day!! Congrats!!
I will present independent third party studies as soon as I get the information from the COnference. I am also in the process of completing a study right now and will share the results once they are finalized.
Lifewave is an MLM not a pyramid
A pyramid includes getting paid just to bring others into the scheme ("headhunter's fees"), being locked in position (never being able to make more than the person above you), no legitimate product or service flowing, and where there is a product or service actually involved, requiring new recruits to purchase a substantial, non-returnable inventory to get started ("inventory loading").http://www.stopspam.org/faqs/mlm_vs_pyr.html |

EDHUK,
The price has always been $69 for Distributors. This has never changed.
You seem very intrigued by the ebay listing....why don't you snap them up and learn about Lifewave so that you can get your facts straight.
I must run along now. The umbrella drinks and my leader are calling me in Vegas 😊 |

Again with the umbrella. Methinks the alcohol has done more than a little number on your brain cells. Perhaps that's why you insist on associating with the surreal world of LifeWave. It just feels so natural.
As for a need to learn about LifeWave. Why would I need to read more than the information on the LifeWave website, the in depth information given by your good self on this forum, and all for free?
By the way, when David calls you to "run along" does he snap his fingers or just whistle?

Very simple plans I would say! I bet they put more research and development into their compensation plans than the product itself. |

Gee, I've asked TWICE now and still none of the True Believers seem to be able to answer my questions about LifeWave.
I'll repeat them one more time.
What does the word "nanotechnology" mean in the context of small adhesive plastic patches?
How can small adhesive plastic patches affect the "magnetic field" which supposedly surrounds the human body?
You guys make these claims so you MUST know the answers to these simple questions, right? You benefactors of the human race wouldn't sell something and make specific claims about it if you had no idea what you were talking about, right? 'Cause if you were doing THAT, that would mean that you were FRAUDS, wouldn't it? |

They are at the Riviera.

EDHUK,
What is your obsession with money?? I'm sorry you career doesn't reward you financially. Maybe you should join Lifewave. It definetely will start to pay you some excellent money if you can get some people to sign up. Don't expect to sign up and make money though. You have to work at it and with your team. That is why it is a MLM and not a pyramid.
To me it started out about the product but now that I have been able to quit my job it is definetely my source of income. I still love the product and share it with everyone I know. I wish I knew you so I could share this wonderful technology with you!!

Money
I wish you every success.
My only complaint is that LifeWave has successfully hoodwinked good people, you included, into believing in a placebo product. I hope you can get back into your old line of work when you have to, or maybe you will have made enough money to retire.
Of course, there may be the issue of reparation.
As to my career? I am completely satisfied in all depts., but thank you for thinking of me.

EDHUK,
You stated above:
My only complaint is that LifeWave has successfully hoodwinked good people, you included, into believing in a placebo product.
Then you are a stuck record with - Its all about the money!!
It sounds like its all about the product to me?? Or maybe some personal issues about Lifewave. Maybe you should re-examine what your heart is telling you.
If it is truly still - "Is all about the money" -then what the hell are you waiting for?? Try some product and sign up!! You too can be all about the money!! |
