Update: If you've arrived here via Google, or some other link, realize that I can't actually provide anyone with a fake doctor's note. I need a doctor's note to explain why the hell I can't READ, SPELL, BE POLITE, or use PUNCTUATION and GRAMMER.

AND whilst you're mistakenly trying to cheat your school by applying for a doctor's note on a website devoted to hoaxes (which specifically states that it doesn't do them, by the way) you could at least make the effort to spell, capitalise, and punctuate properly in an attempt to make us think you're not a complete waste of space who deserves to repeat a year.
