Update: If you've arrived here via Google, or some other link, realize that I can't actually provide anyone with a fake doctor's note. I simply linked to an article about a guy who was writing fake notes, and because of that my site is now #1 on google when you type 'fake doctor notes'. I AM A STUDENT, WHO HAS BEEN MISSING WEEKS FROM GYM. I WOULD LIKE A DOCTOR'S NOTES, WITH A STATEMENT SAYING THAT I HAVE BEEN UNDER THE A DOCTOR'S CARE , AND THAT I CANNOT TAKE JYM FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR.

How can you be so cold Rod? This poor kid has been missing for weeks and you just make some sarcastic comment. Obviously a doctors note is her only chance of ever being found again. Poor kid.

i need a doctors note(to exuse me from school) for january 4, 2005 through january 7, 2005 for a stomach virus. Another for April 7, 2005 through April 8 2005, 2005 for bronchitus. If i dont get this i will fail due to absenses. Which really sucks since im a strit A student!!!
