Need a fake note from a doctor to get a day off from work or school? Visit this doctor.
Update: If you've arrived here via Google, or some other link, realize that I can't actually provide anyone with a fake doctor's note. I simply linked to an article about a guy who was writing fake notes, and because of that my site is now #1 on google when you type 'fake doctor notes'. I have no idea where fake doctor notes can be obtained.

I need a Dr. excuse for my 5 yr. old son. I have no insurance and he has been sent home from school with fever and can't return until January, 30th. I also just started a new job 2 weeks ago and they told me I need a Dr. excuse so they can document it. I'm afraid they will terminate me tomorrow if I don't have one. I really need a Dr. excuse for my son, Carson Taylor for being home and can't return to school until January 30th. He has the flu. I just started a new job and my boss told me that if I didn't have a Dr. excuse to document that my son was sick by tomorrow than I could lose my job. Please help, I have lost one of my legs in a bath tub accident. I'm afraid my boss won't believe that my leg is really missing when I try to go into work tomorrow, unless I have a doctor's note. I also drive a manual transmission, and will need a doctors note to trade it in for an automatic.

Please help right away.
