Need a fake note from a doctor to get a day off from work or school?
Visit this doctor.
Update: If you've arrived here via Google, or some other link, realize that I can't actually provide anyone with a fake doctor's note. I simply linked to an article about a guy who was writing fake notes, and because of that my site is now #1 on google when you type 'fake doctor notes'. I have no idea where fake doctor notes can be obtained.

Dr. Bombay
I think he deserves a note. 😊
THANKS ALOT IN ADVANCE

I need to be excused on the grounds of being too braindead to realise that this is a forum
and too stupid to actually read what the thread is actually about.
Can you fix that for me. I'd really appreciate it 😊

Holy shit, that's the best one yet.
I missed this thread so much during the last week. There's so many people here who should be asking to be beaten about the head to help increase their brain power.
Well, it couldn't hurt it, could it?
I've gotta admit though, this particular ball of lies was fairly good too. I guess she figured that being so obviously stupid would get her excused from life....
"i need a doctors note(to exuse me from school) for january 4, 2005 through january 7, 2005 for a stomach virus. Another for April 7, 2005 through April 8 2005, 2005 for bronchitus. If i dont get this i will fail due to absenses. Which really sucks since im a strit A student!!!"

Damn, if that's how "A students" typically construct sentences and use punctuation and spelling in these times we live in, it's no fucking wonder the human race is eating itself.
But maybe if they got a group of these particular "A students" together, they could use them for code experts, as nobody except them will understand what the hell they're trying to say. (Anyone seen 'Windtalkers'?)
😊
THANKS ALOT IN ADVANCE

Daniel Mitchell was not able to attend (circle one) work/school/life on APRIL 19, 2005 due to a case of acute stupidity and failure to provide fake doctor with e-mail address.
YOUR WELCOME DANIEL
Fake Doctor
Since when do you need a doctor's note because someone ELSE was sick or dead?
Semhar...
Please excuse Semhar from work from April 22nd to April 25th.
The Conjuctivites had a convention in his house, and he was not able to find the outside door due to the overcrowding.
Oh, those conjunctive lovers, they're a crazy, mixed up, door blockin bunch.

ok Sally your excused but don't let it happen again, I'll be watching you!
I think the honesty for the doctor approach while lying to the school at the same time is a new way to go. Or did I miss one like this?
