Regarding this, how do these people know about this "murder"? I doubt people will pass this down for so long, and there are no other ways that someone will actually know about this after all this time. Also, to all posters, how do you know that the girl will come?! After all, if it kills you, how will anyone actually be able to prove that the girl does indeed come and kill you?! Also, if the girl stays on the ceiling, how does she suffocate you? How will the girl visit so many people? Why will she kill you, and not her "murderer"? Also, how will the girl actually be able to kill you? Also, about the "kindness" part, how is spreading a deadly message that kills all people who disobey it's orders "kind"?
