Outbreak of Zombie Virus

A fake BBC news page has been doing the rounds that describes an outbreak of 'zombism' in a small town in Cambodia:

After death, this virus is able to restart the heart of it’s victim for up to two hours after the initial demise of the person where the individual behaves in extremely violent ways from what is believe to be a combination of brain damage and a chemical released into blood during “resurrection.”

It's a pretty decent looking fake news page, although the url is a dead giveaway (pun intended), as is the awful grammar. The image of the ugly-looking creature comes from a photograph by artist Charlie White that was discussed in the forum last year. (thanks to Chris for the link)

ok first of all you guys in normal conditions a zombies life span is about five years give or take not eleven years not 2 hours but this also depends on climate because a solanumus brain doesn't need oxygen it can survive being frozen and such basically the warmer and wetter it is the less his life span will be whereas the colder and drier it is the longer. mosquitos and other parisitic insects will ignore solanum infected beings 100% of the time and no matter what the virus is 100% fatal among all species the only ones that can be reanimated are human also they are real and so is the possibility of an outbreak in YOUR area someday so i recommend all yous guys be prepared cause if you're not you're food

You can't say the life span is 11 years, that's information that we made up for movies and games. Kinda retarded when you act completely sure...

Night of The Living Dead should be a dead give away. No pun intended, it's the only film I've noticed to say it's based on true events then at the end claim that its all false and created just for the movie excitement. And the film makers did get threatened to have a law suit filed against them if you take notice they do bring that up in the movie when in one of the scenes they are sitting at a table explaining facts to the young teenagers and even menchon the law suit and how they had to cover up the truthto avoid it. But as for a zombie outbreak, yes very possible but the only way to get rid of them is by severing the brain, strong pulse of EMP, or burning the corpses. Just hope it dosn't rain if you decide to burn them because that will cause a major problem with outbreak. Pay attention to odd news such as outbreaks of things and keep track of odd happenings that don't happen every day. Also the Zombie Survival Guide should help you. Zombie virus is not airborne only transmittable through getting bitten by an infected, and yes it is a very real unexplainable possiblility. Some things in life are just meant to have no explmation as to why or how it happens. Stock up on supplise such as food, water, clothing, weapons, and seek a safe shelter. Just look around you and take note on details of things and link them together because its up to you to figure things out because the government isnt going to want an all out panic from people. That would only cause more koas. And some things are just not going to be able to be solved logically. Up to you people to believe whatever you choose to believe. But all I have to say is there are some things that just arent meant to be explained. And some things that should be questioned and thought upon. What person can ever say they never questioned something in life they have seen, heard, or experienced? We can only wait and find out to see if things are true for ourselves. Like I say live every day like it's your last because you never know when that day might be. Whether zombies be real or fake just think for yourself on what to believe and do what you gotta do. Thats what I have to say on this. What I posted here is what I would do in the event a zombie outbreak actually did occur. For now it's just stories being told but you never know what might happen in the future. Just ask yourself this how many of us can actually say everything we have experienced or come accross in our lives make complete logical sense 100% and not even come accross one single illogical answer they might've thought upon and shake it off as it's only a story? How many of us can say we never questioned logic on things we have learned as human beings? Maybe there are some actual illogical unxplainable things out there that are meant to be left unanswered by man kind. Who knows....

Well, I have told you what I know. Thank you for sharing what your views as well. All I have to say is what I posted is the truth. But every one believes in different things and I respect that. I find it interesting to see what other people have to say as well.

As I said it's give or take. Its your own freewill to believe it or not. The complexity of the human mind can never be totally understood. Even by our own selves, because we are unlocking secrets and abilities we have as beings every day and night we live. Human lifeforms are continually evolving. Therefore we become more complex. The meaning of death varies upon every one. It can mean dying and never returning and that's that, or it can mean dying and returning as another lifeform/humanbeing. Complicated to explain but it's all a part of this world. Live or die I will stand and fight my damnest to survive.
