Update: If you've arrived here via Google, or some other link, realize that I can't actually provide anyone with a fake doctor's note. Michael seems to have pulled the splenius capitis in his lower neck. The injury should heal shortly, should not lift anything over five(5) pounds for 3-4 days.
Micheal may return to work Wednesday July 6th.

Michael is unable even to spell his own name in the same way twice in a row. This is unlikely to heal, and my suggestion is that he doesn't return to work at all, as you could surely do better.
