personally, I could care less who this mr. six guy is...all i know is he creeps me out....i read through the thread (yes, even the 16 or so posts asking what the name of that stupid song is) and find it hard to believe only two people mentioned mr. six's creepiness....Meagan agrees that he is creepy and Boo, while saying he had never seen the commercial, said it "sounded creepy".
if i saw this creepy old dude dancin' in my neighborhood, my first move would be to the phone...to dial 911.
on the subject of creepy commercials...whats with the freaky plastic burger king commercials...dude opens his window blinds and there's some really scary looking plastic burger king thing with a perma smile staring into his window....i dont know about you, but man, that would freak the crap outta me. |

I fully agree with you chuck, that BK dude is seriously whacked. I'd be putting some 9mm holes in some fiberglass head if I saw that on my lawn. That freak from subway is almost as bad too. Jared really needs to be removed from existance. And what's up with that whole Jack-n-the-Crack guy? That cracker's whiter than me! And uses too much makeup as well.
And Boo, if you're interested here's a copy of one of my commercials for download.

Chuck, I'm from the UK, and therefore have never seen the commercials. But from the descriptions I have had, and now (Yowza!) having seen that commercial online (thanks chary), I'm standing by my assertation and adding not only does it sound creepy, it looks bloody creepy too.
Oh, and I'm a girl, by the way.

I did teach a dance class for awhile, but once I started wearing the fat suit it became too difficult for me so I quit. Was your sister the cute one?
Because <a href="http://www.deepimage.co.uk/wrecks/charybdis_limbourne/charybdis_images/charybdis_large_whitefilmstipone.htm">HMS Charybdis</a> was one of two battleships by that name in the Royal Navy. |

Ok, so I hate this thread with a passion, but I was alone on MOH and bored. So, I went through, and counted the people who claim to have personal knowledge of who Mr. Six really is. I didn't count FOAF, just I know this guy who's name is...
I counted EIGHT.
EIGHT FRICKEN 'I KNOW HIM PERSONALLY's.

Boo...I'm sorry you had to watch that commercial.
I am creeped out by a lot of commercials. Ones with dancing babies, plastic men, people eating, people discussing bodily functions (or lack of function), talking babies, marching insects, dancing people, singing people, and the worst?? The Best Buy commercial that features the Black Eyed Peas...it's bizarre, I'm afraid, yet I can't look away. |

I think this is obviously a female, though a male argument could stand, you have to take into account the way a thin female body is build, and also a male, and how each spread their legs to varying degrees, the more I watch it the more I'm convinced it's a she, if it isn't that's one flexible guy. |

I remember "The Puttermans", too! I was looking at a taped over video tv ads, (because I was on the news back in '95), and I saw an old Duracell ad featuring the Puttermans, and they went camping and encountered a bear. Yes, that, and those freaky Mentos commercials were on that tape! Kind of hard to imagine they're like, eleven year old ads now. |

I thought the Mr. Six commercials were cute the first couple of times I saw them.
But, as a Blockbuster employee, it got old real quick. I've had to hear that 'catchy little tune' 1,000 times over the past few weeks.
The idiots that come up with the Blockbuster trailers need to be forced to work in a store for a month to see what kind of psychological damage their product can cause.
I don't give a rats darn if it's a man, woman, young, or old just stop it already. While your at it please squash that darn "Thirst' doll on the driveway. Show him his motto!! Please no more! |

How can you bozos say that mr. six may be a female. If you pay attention to the spot where he is dancing with flippers on and his pant legs are rolled up you obviously see thick dark leg hair.If that's a chick ,she got issues. |
