Update: If you've arrived here via Google, or some other link, realize that I can't actually provide anyone with a fake doctor's note. I've been off for a bit (by the way, I need a doctor's note for, y'know, whatever), and I feel I can answer all but one of you with a straight reply.
You are all idiots. You are dim, cheating, lying skivers. Not only are you having to make up excuses to try and save your lazy asses from being deservedly fired, you have come to a website called Museum of Hoaxes, and haven't even bothered to read the opening post. Frankly, I sure as hell that I wouldn't hire a single one of you.
I hope for the sake of your employers that they fired you.

i told my manager that i passed out and had to get ivy shot today morning (from the emergency room)... i know this sounds extreme.. i don't know how i even came up with this...

I need an excuse stating that I cant do any bending, lifting, reaching, moving around, and can not drive while taking the medicane im on. Also stating she cant do this for a few months to allow her torn ligament to heal. All Angela can do is sit so she wont make her ligament any worst. I also need a dr's name signed at the bottom. I need a doctors note ASAP telling my work that I did go to the doctor on September 30, 2005. I was throwing up in the morning and I called in for work. They told me to get a doctors note, but I was unable to get an appointment with my doctor. Please let me know if you could help me.
