Boo, I like that... do you have others?
I'm thinking of taking a welding course because I have some great ideas (I think) on fun things to do, but I'd need to learn more metalworking. |

I don't have any others online, Winona, but I should be able to find some this evening and I can put them up tomorrow.
They're all just really basic pen-n-ink, but I did a public art course a couple of years back and I LOVED the welding. Sadly, I no longer have room for sculpture.

I'm finally getting enough room to do it...
As long as Erik doesn't want to park on the other side of the garage from mine, that is. 😉 Though we do have a big basement, I'm not sure I would want to do it there....
Anyway, I like the stylisticness (not quite a real word) of what you did... would love to see more. |

Thank you.
And you lucky thing, having a basement and a garage...
I have neither of these things and thus, nowhere to weld.

We got really lucky where we're at. We're renting a house right now while we decide if we're going to stay in the area or not. It's a great 1 level, extra bedroom, the whole bit. I even have a nice size front & back yard which is a major bonus to me. 😊 |

Yes, I can't stand stupid people, especially women. But I've never been "artistic". I can't draw, paint, act, sing, write worth a damn, sculpt, arrange, fling, or splat. I did play the violin for eight years but haven't touched it in over fifteen. I appreciate art, I just can't do it. |

I'm envious, can't play an instrument to save my life. I did try to learn guitar, but gave up when my fingers got all yucky - I should have tried something easier on the fingers, but noo, I had to try an electric with metal strings.
My art isn't good, not in the slightest, but I have fun with it. One of my projects on hold is making a deer out of a light up construction horse, so you can see how it is just a little odd/off. |

Well, I keep meaning to get around to putting up a decent internet gallery of my work.
I've had a few commissions, and a couple of exhibitions and things.
I'm proudest of my piece that is a resin cast woman statuette which is now residing abroad. |

Which broad is it residing on?
Sorry, couldn't resist.
I had a minor "talent" with the violin. Enough that I could get away with never practicing. If I had practiced I might have been pretty good, but I'm far to lazy for that. Still, I wish I had since I had alot of fun with it. |

Ha!
I've only sold a couple. I have hundreds at home. It's mostly because I'm too lazy to do anything with them. That, and I'm too scared to try to sell them in shops in case they reject me.

Well, my little chickadees, I must be going. It's 5.45pm and it's time for me to head home and drink some wine.
I've got an incredibly heavy day tomorrow, so I may not be on. In fact I may not even have time to eat - I'll just have to see how it goes. If it goes well, I might be about.
But today's been a blast.

Boo, unfortunately my browser refuses to open your URL. A pitty, I would ike to see it.
I've started painting only recently (about a year ago). But I've always been into drawing. I made some line-drawings for a.o. a book on astronomy, this one by Govert Schilling. It was a lesson book for a radio program.
So far, the only statue I've made so far is this one |

Well, not exactly.
The sculpture that is abroad is similar to this, but the sculpture came before the pen and inks, and since I started them, they've all been sort of related.
If you see what I mean. |

Of course, that's what they want. No more of this longevity crap. |

It's 8.30am, I'm in work, and on here. Think I have a problem?
And I had the strangest dreams, which were all LaMa's fault. They were very odd partially because I don't know what any of you look like, barring LaMa, Winona and Alex.

Charyb thinks so. See the discussion of the "key scratching artist" on the main museum page.
And I had the strangest dreams, which were all LaMa's fault. - Boo
I'm sorry. Were they particularly erotic?
They were very odd partially because I don't know what any of you look like - Boo
In fact, what do you look like?
And Winona; you new avatar is somewhat of a disillusion after the previous one. Which is a kind way of saying that it sucks. |

And in response, LaMa, I am not an alcoholic, thanks very much.
No, not really, just surreal, what I can remember of them.
And I have no hands (see above), some tattoos, quite a lot of piercings and dark hair. |
