Mark-n-Jen, Thanks for acknowledgement - that's hard to get around here. The boy don't bother me a bit - just his superior attitude. Sounds like one of the young men with 300 watt bass-overdrive speakers in their cars, who seem really convinced that everyone around them wants to hear their style of music. Of course, they really just don't care about anyone but themselves, or give a shit about annoying anyone else. On another note, fully one third of current applicants for the U.S. Air Force, now, are failing the hearing test for permanent hearing loss - ages 18 - 22. Pretty frickin' sad, if you ask me. |

Stork, I totally agree. Very sad that kids are ruining their hearing with loud music. I always find it funny when I see one of those steroes-on-wheels, shaking away to the vibration of the bass! I remember seeing one that was such a clapped-out vehicle, I could hear it rattling from the other end of the street. 😊 |
