Someone posted this in a cat lover's community on LiveJournal recently. At
first it struck me as something of the 'bonsai kitten' variety, but the
pictures were much more disturbing. I couldn't help but wonder if this girl
is actually that sick and twisted...

I really disgust the fact that this girl made a bag of her cat! even if it appears to be a hoax, those who have such ideas are able to do such things. The pictures on the site horrified me because I saw a place on the pictures very close of where I live. And if keep thinking about this fact: a girl making purses of cats being near my house! I always wanted to have a cat but still don't have one, yet this girl says she just kills her own because she was worried of him being depressed and lonely when she goes on vacation?!
I respect vegetarians a lot, but I like to eat meat myself. I do not see what is wrong with it until someone really shows me. I know about bioindustry and all the animals suffering but if you stand in the supermarket. You do not see this vision of cows rotting in their small cages but the image of a nice meal on your table. I once saw a small film of people killing of chicken for KFC and because of this I never eat any chicken in KFC. but when I eat in mc Donalds I can still eat such because I do not ''really; know about it.
I think vegetarian people are doing really well but I do not blame people eating meat. The usage of animals has always been for food, if you look in history books, so why would we stop doing this?
I hope that this girl will not bring other (young) people on ideas for making their own ''nice'' purses. |

I haven't read everything written here but I did see a lot of remarks about if this 'tinkerbell' really exists and if it's all just a gimmick etc, I'm sad to say, being a Dutch person and seeing her on the news way too much, that this person is real, very soon from now she'll exhibit again at her gallery and I'm going to write them an email to tell them how sick her work makes me.

I just saw a TV interview with the lady in question.I cannot help but notice the double standard people have when it comes to using animals for thse kind of things.Basically it's her own choice to use a cat instead of cow / crocodile / rabbit etc.If she was using my own cat for this i'd kill her too ofcourse, makes a nice leather jacket. |
