The 419 scam isn't new, nor particularly unique... and "SOLO FADIGO" is certainly not the crook's real name. He's probably not even in Uganda.

Haven't seen many 419 victims putting up their own "WANTED!" posters though.

NBC's Dateline did a few shows on these Nigerian money-scams. They actually pursued the emails they received, all the way to the actual meeting of these scammers in person. It was fascinating to see how dedicated these criminals are at actually getting their hands on as much of your money as they possibly could - in other words, if you were willing to keep "investing" in fees and such, they kept coming up with more reasons they needed more of your money to "complete the transaction" so you'd get YOUR payoff... Watching 'em run when they found out they were being filmed for television was the funniest thing to watch though...
