This may be perfectly legitimate, but it seems a little hoaxy to me. It's an
anti-cellphone-radiation scarf.

It's snake oil, pure and simple.
Of course those health risks aren't true, but if they're buying the scarves, they obviously don't know that. 😝
If not, they deserve what they get (whatever that might be!).
