Entertaining theory, but this guy offers NO proof or even hypothetical means... he just states it and seems to think that the bible should be considered "justification."
It will be interesting to see if he ever tries to prove this theory in some way...

That's what's always bothered me. Why would God write a confusing bible? Yes, it was written by man, but supposedly they were the equivalent of a nail under a hammer.
Does God need to take a technical writing class? |

God's word is all you need to live a Christlike life. That is what God requires of us is to lead a Christlike life. Love your neighbor, obey the 10 commndments, be quick to forgive and be meek and humble. God doesn't like vocal opinions from his followers unless those opinions exhalt his existence. How much simpler can the promise of eternal life get? Don't need a degree to figure this one out. You all can analyze the Word of God until the day he appears like a thief in the night, but the end result will never change. He will still judge and take His followers to Heaven, others will face eternal death. Think about it-- so you think God may not exist, better to follow and be chosen for eternal life than to veer the other way and be sent to hell if He really exists. Looks like a win win situation to me. |

the bible is confusing to people that arent christains. like it says in the bible its like they have blinders over their eyes. some understanding only comes with God. the bible is confusing because if you havent noticed life and God is complex. especially God lol. our minds will never understand everything about our world yet that is what the bible describes. it has come from the perfect being, the wisest, most knoweldgeable being to ever exist. how can you expect to be simple? the world cannot be condensed into something for us to understand. and as mary said, the most important things in the bible are obvious. really, the most important thing in the bible is the key to life which is quite simple. once you realize the key to life, the rest of the bible slowly begins to open up to you in a way that you can understand. |
