Apologies if this has been posted before, but I can't recall having seen it.
Is <a href="http://www.goodfight.org/">this</a> for real? Really? Really?
Wow.

No. This is not for real. They are just out to make a buck pushing whatever bizarre crap they can think up. Don't even think about looking into the legend of Ys. It won't help. |

'Pastor Joe Schimmel'
Duh, in Dutch, "schimmel" means "mould". What's in a name, to quote that great satanistic bard who corrupted 16th century youth.... |

It's real. My sister's youth leader has talked about it before. I understand what they're doing, but I don't really believe all of it. There are some verses in the bible that some people look at very legalistically. It might be in Galatians or Corinthians...but I don't remember...it basically says do not look upon anything that does not glorify God, if it is not trusthworthy, praiseworthy...and a whole bunch of things like that...I agree to an extent that if you are trying to live a pure life...you can't be taking in depressing, angry, violent things. Garbage in, garbage out. It's not easy to do, but if you really look at what you're taking in mentally, visually, & auditorily (sp?), sometimes you might change your mind about some things.
When I was pregnant I stopped watching rated R & PG-13 movies, stopped listening to the rock station (switched to books on tape), and didn't read violent novels...Basically I was worried media I was taking in...would effect my baby. (Hey, I was a first time mom!! I figured if MY heart was racing during a scary movie that baby's would too!)
Now that she's here, I still don't keep creepy media on while she's awake, I put her in bed if hubby & I want to watch scary stuff. |

Gosh, how can I trust any good musician any more, since they OBVIOUSLY SOLD THEIR SOULS TO BE THAT GOOD! |

On the second thought, how can I sell my soul for musical talent? Where's the sign-up sheet? |

I think they do believe this stuff, to a degree, but from the looks of it their main agenda is making some money. Most WASPs agree you can't sell your soul because you're already doomed to hell from the get-go. |

Parts of the bible aren't depressing, angry and violent?
Just had to throw that out there. |

The video is real. As for what they put IN the video, well, you get to decide that for yourself.
(Three guesses what 'I' think)
All I have to say is consider the source. |
