Why is it that every time I got to check something out on ebay, it's already been removed??? And don't anyone suggest I look up the item number thingy because that takes too much effort! |

Huh.
Bizarre.
I can still get it from the original source I found, but not from this link.
Anybody got any ideas? |

Well, the jar contains 'The Harvest God Saturn', and if it is broken or opened, will unleash death.
High bid of $41. |

I don't know why it isn't showing up!
Ok.

The link in the topic appears to work.

URLs that contain question marks won't work if you just type them out. I don't know why, but the software that 'activates' the link doesn't read anything after the question mark for some reason.
To make them work you have to enclose them in html tags. Use that 'link' button to create a link. |

Or rather, the thing about question marks in links seems to hold true for links to eBay. For some reason your link to the snopes board works fine, even though it has a question mark in it.
All I know is that if you use tags to make your links, they'll always work. Links that are just typed out sometimes don't work. |

But you could destroy the world, Stephen!

I'm quite tempted to buy it, go to her house, and break it.
Could be quite amusing... |

"He told me that the jar holds remnants of the spirit of the harvest god Saturn and that simply put, inside of the jar is death. "
Huh. I can't see the little robe and scythe from the angle of this picture... |

If you bought that, and then you later discover that it wasn't really Saturn, but just another spirit yanking your chain, Would you feel ripped off? |

Stephen, if you really want a jar like that, I have one in my kitchen cupboard. I'll just draw some sqiggles on it, tell you a god is in it and, tada! one cursed jar. Who would you prefer? Aphrodite? |

"Do they contain the virgin Mary?" - Boo
They never used to, but I have a feeling Stepehen's jars may contain all kinds of neat shit if they hit ebay.
