Well Alex reported that The Napolean Dynamite star was not dead but it was a hoax.
A site that talks about the death (Ninja Pirate) was actually the sole creator which I discovered through this short email conversation:

err...you're telling people on museum of hoaxes, that it was a hoax?
i like to think most users on here are smart enough to know that themself, if not, they're literate enough to read the article themself. |

Oh No! I shut down comments on the Napoleon Dynamite thread on my blog because it was becoming like a magnet for teenagers who wanted to use it as a chat room. And now a NEW Napoleon Dynamite thread has appeared. |

Yeah, the overwelming popularity of Napoleon Dynamite among teenagers has eliminated any desire I had too see the movie. |
