Fertile Ground for Hoaxes

Check out this article on "Asbos" (antisocial behavior orders) from the BBC.
It seems like we may hear some hoaxes related to this new strategy in the
British government's war on yobbish behavior. Judging by the examples in
the article, it might be difficult to separate true cases from false ones,
as they are often equally plausible.
