The Fortean times site page for 12/24 http://www.forteantimes.com/ claims that "on this day In 1957 investors in Otis T.Carr's flying saucer sued him when he failed to fly to the Moon. Carr had raised thousands of dollars for the project following telepathic instructions from alien entities. When it was completed, it merely hummed." Otis had apparently Ho Ho Hoaxed them. Did you know he took out a U.S. 'patient' #2,912,244 on his device? I want a patient too. |

Dude, I can definitely wait for a patient of my own. Question is: what would I do with em'? Any ideas? |

make them wait. That's why they are called patients |

In 1952 an independent lab verified that a model of four inches in diameter, produced 1,.000 tons of energy.
That's alotta energy. I would think that a four inch model would be squashed under that much weight of energy. And where would you store it? "1,.000 tons of energy" must take up a lot of space. Unless it's super-dense energy, and I don't believe the crusher technology existed in the '50s to compact energy that much. Today we could fit "1,.000 tons of energy" into a four inch model but that's only with the benefits of the invention of the "desegregated circuit" in the '60s. |

O.K. Hairy, so you say I should wait to get someone that waits? That doesn't sound fun enough And is a desegragated circuit where both black and white electrons can pass through it? |

Yeah, the part that really stinks about all this is that I don't think you get to pick your own patient. I think your patient number is assigned. I hope you don't get lousy patients.
How big is 1,.000 tons of energy, anyway? |

Is this energy the kind like an applied force, or like electricity? The former, right? |

So, do you think we've been shrinking the 1,.000 tons of energy, or do you think we've just mastered the "Bag of Holding" (aka Mary Poppins' Carpet Bag) technology, so we can fit 1,.000 tons of energy into a 4 inch model? And where do you find shoes for a model that small? And do you think it hurts the model to have that much energy on the way in or out? Also, it the model now has 1,.000 tons of energy, that would make it a very dense model, and it's well on its way to becoming a black hole, right? So all the model needs is a tutor, really. And I want to see the energy come back out of the model. That's got to hurt!
Okay, I'll stop now... |

No,no, carry on. This is fun. |

1,.000 tons of energy in a 4 inch model isn't black hole density yet, more of a white dwarf (being only 4 inches and all). Denser than the dwarves (or little models) are the supermodels designated as neuter stars such as Kate Moss. Then there are the strange models (Cindy Crawford) followed by the black hole models (eh... pass). And most models are built for easy penetration and subsequent removal of a miniscule shaft which injects the energy directly into their valve. These models are, in fact, little more than joules receptacles. |

I think the words of Nikoland Diemya best fit this occassion, when he said: "The object of the attraction is the cause of the infraction, and tranvestitely, the object of my affection is the source of my infection." |

So, what about the other model, Americas Next Top Model? Where does that fit in to the scheme of things? |
