No, Eivind, it is not real. There is a disease called elephantitis, and the poor gentlemen in the photograph are afflicted with it in the testicles.

Funreports seems to be getting all its content from Pravda, which publishes a lot of completely bogus stuff... though I'm not sure they intend it to be satire. |

Actually, I'm not sure if that's elephantitis. That may be a picture of many bad hernias (know how the doctor tells you to turn your head and cough?). I say that because their abdomens look very flat to me, abnormally so, in one guy's case. In any case, ow! |

Um... cows don't menstruate. Like all mammals except humans, cows are on an estrus cycle. |

About the cow menstruating, I found this on a website:
