People have been doing this for awhile, although this is the first commercial venture that I've seen.
It's not really all that difficult. Just a digital camera set to take a picture every so often hanging from a dog collar ('tho this seems to have a remote - doesn't seem that useful but, who knows?). Don't know the price but I can bet it's ridiculously overpriced for something you could set up yourself if you really wanted. |

Ah, but if you created it yourself, it probably wouldn't be shaped like a cute doggie bone. |
