::in Germany,a long bloke who was soon to be weded fell sieriously ill and died the next day. his bride, who fell into a deep depression only a few days later, went insane and shot herself and the undertaker (accidentaly?) during the funural.
more than a decade later, the said groom's tombestone had, over years of weathering, created a stain that had miracuously shaped itself into the shillouette of a young woman kneeling in prayer. the locals had come to the conclusion that the groom has been blessed by God.::

uh,yah,I dont think that's very true.
first of all,the case of the groom getting sick that easily sounds very rare to me,unless it was dated back during the plague or something. the bride killing herself in grief sounds capable, but her killing the undertaker could have just been added for "dramatic affect". hmmm, weathering does work in strange ways,so that could be true as well, but something is still wrong here......ug,I'm totally confuzzeled here guys. help me out here!

All sounds very far-fetched to me, even for a miracle story. What's the point of blessing a dead guy? In any case, did anyone stop to consider there may have been an etching of an angel on the tombstone anyway (this is common in Germany) which was simply brought into relief by moss, lichen etc? |

Any pictures of this tombstone or other kind of specifics (location, etc.)? Or is this purely a rumor? |

Lots of people die suddenly, because they didn't know they were sick. I looked on the internet for a story with that info, but I couldn't find anything. Not even like a legend or myth. Any further info? Names, dates, places? |

nope.no further info.well, actully I was looking it up on some paranormal sites and pretty much found nothing. no picciez. no location. no date. but I do belive it happened a long time ago, because I heard a story similar to that by my friend's brother about God going on some kind of blessing spree of the people who died young from the Black Death and with luck ahead of them in life. he said he marked their blessing with a image of something connected to the person in life.
meh....I dunno.....Gregg's crazy anyways,so theres not much hope for those who think it's true. |
