That Really Really REALLY Fat Cat

Alright, I'm sure there's already been a thread about it, but one of the pictures in the Level Four of Hoax Images is of a very fat cat. I've spent a while staring at this image, read the comments, and I think I'm sure of why it's a fake.
If you look very closely at the human, not the cat, you can see where the right arm bubbles out a little. The job on the cat was -excellently- done, with a stretch to the fur that looked incredibly realistic and even kept the markings believable, but the way that human's arm bulges out does not say he's got a fat cat laying on his arm; it shows that it's been altered. I would say that this cat is most likely fat, but not -this- fat. More of an exaggeration than an outright hoax. And that was pretty much all I wanted to babble about. ^_^'
