Hello. The BBC have a news story on the web, which you can read at
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/south_asia/3236118.stm
The story is so "out there", that it has to be a fake.
Perhaps you could investigate this claim ?

I've seen this before, but I can't think where. Maybe Reuters. The story itself may be real. Doctors had this man under surveilance to see if he ate or drank anything. But as far as living w/o food & water...I just don't see that happening. Maybe he's just crazy & thinks he's gone w/o food or water. The Dr did mention a weight drop. If this were normal for him to be w/o food or water, he wouldn't have a continued weight loss. If he continually lost weight, he would end up w/ nothing. His muscles would begin to atrophy. Medically...I don't think this is possible. |

Has anyone found a follow up on this story? I'd love to find out more. |
