Face of Evil in smoke?

I came across this picture while cleaning out my e-mail, but I wonder if it's actually true or just a guy with Photoshop? Any thoughts?

Looks fake as the face is light so you can see it, if it was dark as the rest of the smoke you will not see the features of the face.
