Alex, I'm on your side on this one. If their site is questionable, then you have the right to put up a red flag. Your readers are intelligent enough to make their own judgements, no? Perhaps you should send them a bill for free advertising, as there is no such thing as bad press. As you long as you don't make any false claims about the site, ie.: you got ripped off, etc., they shouldn't sue for slander, the weasely little oinkers. Heh heh

I too got an email from this poor dude that is stuck in the past, and corresponded to him several time via email. Though, I DID reply to the email address that he stated not to. The email bounced back immediatly, with an error. Low and behold, a few days later, I got a reply from him reguarding the email that i had sent and had gotten bounced back.
It seems that the www.federalfundingprogram.com website isn't accessable anymore or something is up with it. Just out of curiosity, I looked it up on the www.waybackmachine.org -- which is a MASSIVE archive of the internet that can pull up many versions of old webpages that it has archived.
This is what returned:
