Final Fantasy con artist?

Sorry if this got posted twice.
My cousin thinks she has met her 'twin flame' or soulmate through Final Fantasy. She is CA and he is in Perth, Australia. In one month, they have 'met' and fallen in love. He calls and writes her intimately and obsessively. She says she is going to move there and marry him, that she has waited her entire life for something good to happen to her. He claims to be retired from the govt and has lost almost all of his memory from his 36 years of life. His parents also call her, and they all talk to her two daughters. The dad plays telephone jokes with her. She thinks she is in love with this man, and is visiting in October. What now?
