It's the kind of thing that might be technically possible to do... but why would anyone actually do it? Is there a huge market of gameboy players who are simultaneously amateur car mechanics? |

Definitely not a hoax! Either that or I'm out of work.
Google "TurboXS DTEC" and you will find lots of references on it.
