Does anyone know if theres ever been a discover channel, or TLC, or SciFi show devoted to hoaxes? It seems like a great idea...

My brother watches a show called Mythbusters (can't remember the channel) that deals with urban legends... Sorry, can't think about anything with hoaxes. How about Candid Camera? 😊
I imagine they would run out of material for a full-length show every week. It would be good for awhile, but they would be grabbing at straws by the end of the season. |

The History Channel once ran a series on famous hoaxes. But it was only 5 or 10 episodes long. |

Johnathan Frakes, the actor who played Will Riker on Star Trek Next Gen. hosts one. They do 4 or 5 mini-movies on each show...all based on urban legends...and then at the end told you which one was real.
"Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction?" That's the name. |

If you ever watched Leonard Nemoy or Dan Aykroyd's tv "docudramas," they qualify as hoax shows - but not knowingly. |
