Hoax, or just bizzare?

 Xtreme Alternative Defense Systems http://www.xtremeads.com/ seems to be about to start selling a ranged, area effect stun gun system to police and military. Except the photo shows a device that looks like it is covered with shelf paper, and the web site is hosted on a free web site service. And the president of the company is using a free email service.

Any company that could manufacture and sell such expensive equipment would not have such a crappy website. Use yer head, silly.
And as for the news story, it doesn't link to the website in question.
