Atlantis Found
A lot of people lately seem to be finding the lost city of Atlantis. Back in June a researcher said he located it off the southern coast of Spain by studying satellite images. Then last month US researchers said they found the city off the coast of Cyprus by using sonar technology. But my favorite is the discovery of Atlantis announced yesterday by the Hawaiian Phonics tutor Dennis Brooks. He's studied the issue deeply and has concluded that Atlantis is, in fact, Tampa, Florida. He points out that the dimensions of Atlantis as described by Plato pretty much match up with the dimensions of Tampa and Harbor Island (in Tampa Bay). So there you go. Mystery solved.

That does it! About every month or so Atlantis is found somewhere else. This time it's only a few hours drive from where I live, so I'm taking a van-load of duct tape and making sure it stays put!

Note to Atlanteans: Stop being so careless with your city, or the next person that finds it, gets to KEEP it!

Everyone knows it's under Lake Mead. And with the rate the lake is receding there will be clear evidence very soon. People will be lining up hover dam to get a peak.

Umm...Atlantis is on the east side of the state & Tampa Bay is on the west side. Atlantis is near Palm Springs, Lantana, Lake Worth, & north of Boynton Beach. They're like 200 miles apart. Also...in the 30s, all of the water got sucked out of Tampa Bay by a hurricane. My grandfather was there & he didn't mention seeing Atlantis. Temple Terrace is NOT like a Temple...& Apollo Beach is on a canal. Apollo Beach is also halfway between the Tampa Bay & Hillsborough Bay. So "Apollo Beach" is not in Tampa Bay.

Everyone knows that if you take a metalic silver crayola pencil crayon in one hand and one of those hexagonal glass pens in the other hand you'll be temporarilly possesed by a ghost who will draw a map to atlantis.
