Restaurant removes fake surveillance camera from bathroom
"A fake surveillance camera pointing into a bathroom stall of a Second Cup restaurant was taken down Monday after it sparked concerns from the chain's executives and the Quebec government. Second Cup franchisee Francois Turgeon recently installed the decoy camera in his downtown cafe hoping to ward off heroin users who reportedly left dirty needles in the men's bathroom."

Sadly, I live near the town where the robbery suspect lowered his hood for the bank employee. Even the Dollar Stores around here wont let you in if you are wearing a hoodie (sweatshirt with a hood)... so it puzzles me why the BANK let a guy in with the hood.

There was a TV show - AMERICA'S DUMBEST CRIMINALS - or something like that which showed this sort of thing every week. So many criminals are just dumb. There was a guy here in Tucson a few years back who parked his car next to a marked police car, the uniformed police officer held the door open for the guy, and stood behind him in line. Naturally the guy tried to rob the bank. The only smart criminals are the politicians.
