Past Life Analysis

The Past Life Analysis website offers you a chance to find out who you were in your past life. I entered my birthday, and this is what I got:
I don't know how you feel about it, but you were male in your last earthly incarnation. You were born somewhere in the territory of modern Egypt around the year 1150. Your profession was that of a writer, dramatist or organiser of rituals.

Your brief psychological profile in your past life:
Ruthless character, carefully weighing his decisions in critical situations, with excellent self-control and strong will. Such people are generally liked, but not always loved.

The lesson that your last past life brought to your present incarnation:
Your lesson is to combat violence and disharmony in our world, to understand its roots and origins. All global problems have similar origins.

Do you remember now?
Interesting that I was a writer in my past life. Maybe I was the Pharaoh's Official Debunker of Legends and Hoaxes! Unfortunately, I remember none of it.

The disclaimer for the past life analysis admits that, "you should know that this software is only slightly more sophisticated than an electronic fortune cookie."

northern New Zealand around 475 AD? But the first Polynesian settlers arrived on the uninhabited island not before 800 AD....

OK, I was a female builder of temples or cathedrals in South Africa in the 700's. Looking at the entries before this one, I get the feeling that the program just places together certain stock phrases. Maybe I should have entered the date I was supposed to get born, I waited 2 days, and see if that makes a difference.

Putting in the day I was supposed to be born came up with the same entry. A female builder of houses, temples and cathedrals in modern South Africa born around 725. Maybe the first Gothis cathedrals were realy built in South Africa instead of France.

We hate to break the news to you, but you've had 165 past lives and this is the first time you lived past the age of two.

In all your past lives you were a marauding barbarian, most recently in 625 in the British Isles. In all of them, you killed the man who is your father now just because you didn't like his shoes.

Enough with the italics already!</i>

LaMa, you were to blame for that! And your dilemma is easily resolved: the 'scientific' and 'rational' historians are clearly wrong. Who you gonna believe, a bunch of guys who weren't even there or your own past self?

Either that, or you were a cute little moa chick.

Hm, looks like that attempt to fix the italics failed. Try again... Any luck?

Nope.

Italics should be fixed now...
