the word "Toma" means "it takes" in Spanish, if that means anything at all. The other words dont show up in any other language, commonly anyways. Sota is a Japanese name, but thats it. I couldnt find Balcu anywhere. Perhaps this will help in your search a bit.

so i'm staying at my girlfriend's parents'house right now. I'm staying in her brother's room and he is away quarterbacking at Miami. The past three nights have kept me awake with strange noises in the ceiling. I don't know if there is an attic, but I would say that there is something alive in there. Regarding Toma Sota Balcu: There are several varying versions of this chain letter. In one, the chant reads "tomo sama te blistat," a little more Latin sounding. Like the game of telephone, the message is altered as it is passed around. For the record, this is all nonsense anyway. The real chant was "Culbo mantakie lokohanan." Someone should put that in the next posting of the chain letter.
