Same here.  Odd.  I would’ve thought it’d be more expensive to travel in December since everyone would be off for christmas/new year holidays.

Yes.  Maybe they give Christmas deals.

And any flight I take seems to involve sitting in an airplane for about 36 hours.

Whereas travelling to Edinburgh would take only 12 to 19 hours.

ALthough only about 8 hours flight time.  Some of them call for 12 hours or so between flights.  Hmmm.
