If it were a true conspiracy we simply would have deleted your profile and banned your IP.  I guess there’s still time for that, though. 😉

Do you really think that it’s a coincidence that both you and Charybdis are from Texas?  He was obviously sent there to keep track of you.

And is moving this topic another part of the conspiracy against Stephen?  Can I conspire, too?  Please?

You don’t actually eat the cookies, do you?  You’d better wrap your head in aluminum foil if you do!

Give in to them, Joe.  True, they may be diabolical, depraved, and evil, but at least the cookies taste good.  What does being virtuous have to offer instead?

Well, Boo, you need to put this back in the conspiracy forum…

Actually, it still is in the Conspiracy forum.  There is a shadow topic there left from the move.  You can still see all the new posts there as well as post new posts from there (like this one).  It even moves to the top of the forum when a new post is made.

So there you go.

Always take somebody expendable whom you dislike into the bomb shelter with you.  After all, somebody’s got to be the first person to leave the place and see if all’s clear and if the radiation is down to safe levels. . .

And if turns out that you can’t stand being with the guy for that long, then you can always shoot him and eat him to help stretch your rations further.

I wanted to invite you but Boo told me I wouldn’t be allowed to go if I did.

You wouldn’t invite me into a Bomb shelter if a nuke was going to be droped on us…...!!!!!

I’d invite your girlfriend.

Always take somebody expendable whom you dislike into the bomb shelter with you.  After all, somebody’s got to be the first person to leave the place and see if all’s clear and if the radiation is down to safe levels. . .

Firstly, Alex is ridiculously busy writing his book - the deadline is very soon. Which is why I’m the one doing the updates on the main page.

Secondly, Madmouse was made a Mod before Alex asked me to be Admin.

Come on Stephen… this is just a small forum in a remote corner of the internet. I really couldn’t have cared less whether you were a mod or not before you got all random and angsty over NOT being one… now, I am not sure I would be comfortable having you be one of the “representatives of moderation” here knowing just how reactionary you have been over the removal of the privilege by the site owner. Your comments have been pretty accusatory without providing any facts or proof that there has been any kind of conspiracy against you personally… as for some of the other members comments…

Yeah, I remember blood saying once that Steph was the only member that was at all bothered about her being on the forum due to her age etc. And the same was true to me to some extent I guess.

Well, there is no such thing as you
It doesn’t matter what you do
The more you try to qualify
The more it all will pass you by

Some people like to make life
A little tougher than it is
Some people like to make life
A little tougher than it is

Well, the more you try to shave the cat
The more the thing will bite and scratch
It’s best, I think, to leave its fur
And to listen to its silky purr

Cake - Tougher than it is…

Maybe, but adults dont need to be in a forum either.
Besides, surely there’s worse things you can think of than your daughter sitting chatting to these guys harmlessly? I know when I was around blood’s age my parents would much rather me be talking online than going out dealing drugs et cetera.

I’ve belonged to many forums on a wide variety of topics: aquariums, gardening, gaming, knitting, books to name a few. All of them have some young members. The gaming forums have tons of kids, and they were probably the least “G-rated” of all of them….because of the kids. It was never an issue and it really shouldn’t be unless you are truly operating a porn board or something.

And by young, I mean like nine or ten years old, not 17.

Stephen, I understand that you are angry about being demoted, but there is no call for you to be insulting to the members and moderators. Your behaviour at the moment will not gain you any support.
Also, although you don’t think that I know my way around the site, at least I actually carry out my moderating duties on the site and know who the moderators are.

Stephen, that just goes to show how little you’ve been on the site. We did nothing but talk about that trip for about six months beforehand. Then after we went Alex posted a blog entry and photos about it on the main page. I laugh to see you were surprised to hear of the trip. You must have your eyes glued shut.

Also, the trip was ‘invitation only’. That’s why you didn’t get a memo.
