interesting personal connection to thread title…

my forbidden friend refers to me as “farmboy”...
...I think I would prefer to try farming in Maine as opposed to Ghana though.

I am tired, so very tired.  I hit the snooze button 4 times before I realized it this morning.  I ache everywhere, I am so glad I don’t have to work tonight.  Other than that I am good.

Not excessively rough, just the culmination of multiple weeks with practically no decent time off.  And not sleeping well either, my son won’t sleep in his own bed for more than a couple of hours so I am cramped all night long.

Can you form a replica of yourself and just nap under your desk?

Aaaaagh! Halfway through a new post for the main page, and my computer crashed.

Did you ever see that episode of Seinfeld where George had his desk altered so he could nap under it without being seen.  That is what I need.

Yeah we have been needing a new main page post, it has been about a week.  I guess the world isn’t as weird as it could be.  I have even tried looking up stuff, but came up it nothing good.

Congratulations on your epic victory over undergarments, Boo.  Shall I notify Homer the blind poet to compose a work detailing the struggle?  Or Homer the nuclear powerplant technician?

Perhaps the poet to compose, and the nuclear technician to destroy the damn bra.

But then the bra might become mutated by inverted gamma rays, and whenever it got angry after that it would turn into this huge hulking green monstrosity and eat all your socks.

But then many women would knock themselves out whenever they jumped up and down, or went running, or did anything like that.

I think it’s a small price to pay for the sheer entertainment value it would provide.

But then many women would knock themselves out whenever they jumped up and down, or went running, or did anything like that.

It’s true…

Oh please, you could still manage that with them tied down with nylon cord.

Hmm, perhaps I shouldn’t be thinking so hard about this.

How many centuries have you been alive?

Who knows how long I have been around, but I was referring to history, if that had happened I am sure someone would have come up with something more supportive before the 1900’s.
Yes muscle strain is the mostly likely result, and eventually excessive sagging.

Should we start an online “Provide Thrilling Undergarments For Boo” program, then?  I’m sure that a number of people would be willing to participate.

Oh, they’re not too bad.  That one pair of panties in particular is rather strik…

Er, I mean, I wouldn’t know anything about it.  I guess we’ll just have to take your word for it.

Besides, it’s the person wearing the undergarments that determines their thrillosity, not the undergarments themselves.

How odd.  I went to a Korean restaurant last night, and in my change I got a 25 cent piece from Barbados.  I’m so cosmopolitan I could just explode.

I get lots of Canadian money in change whenever I’m in Minnesota, but I’ve never, ever received any Mexican money in Texas.  I guess it only flows one way here.

I keep finding American or Euro cents in my change, pretending to be pennies. Sneaky things.

I’ve received a bit of Canadian money, too.  I think it’s because it’s mostly the same size and shape and colour as American money, while Mexican is different.

And since American pennies are worth only about 2/3 of one of your pennies, you’re being short-changed!!!

Although if you went back to the old 12 pence to a shilling, 20 shillings to a pound system, then things would even out more.

Sorry, but that doesn’t hold true on Wednesdays.

Says you...

Well, it’s Wednesday, and you’re not holding Tru, right?  Right?

I am heartbroken all the time due to that lack, Charybdis.  I just haven’t mentioned it so that Smerk doesn’t get confused.

Ok, I shall stop referring to underwear now.

Please don’t… it brings me such happy thoughts…

Should we start an online “Provide Thrilling Undergarments For Boo” program, then?  I’m sure that a number of people would be willing to participate.

They’re not very thrilling undergarments…

Oh, they’re not too bad.  That one pair of panties in particular is rather strik…

Er, I mean, I wouldn’t know anything about it.  I guess we’ll just have to take your word for it.

Besides, it’s the person wearing the undergarments that determines their thrillosity, not the undergarments themselves.

Yeah, it was being bandied around for a bit.  It must have been a contest or discussion of clothing, probably with Maegan.  I don’t remember it of course, but it was out there - so to speak.

Oh, it doesn’t bother me. I’m plenty big enough. 😉

And besides, its not like that’s really a crucial part of how good a girl looks.  Plenty of girls have too much there, and it can look grotesque on the wrong frame.

Although having said that, it’s kind of odd how nearly every girl I’ve had much to do with in my life has been at least a size D. . .it’s not like that’s one of the qualifications I look for. . .

Boo’s a cagey one, she is.

You could always try sending her items in all sizes, and have her return the ones that don’t fit so that you can return them to the store and get a refund.  Then you’d know.

Then no, it’s not too gothy.  Unless you’re putting it on a black Christmas tree, with little glowing skulls for lights and ornaments shaped like bones and bats.

*sigh*
Matt wouldn’t let me.
(I really wanted to get the strings of skull fairy lights when they were out at Halloween.)

You could ask NEO to send you some of those radioactive isotopes.  You could string them up and they’ll give off a nice soft blueish glow.

Just make sure that no ex-KGB spies drop by your place for the holidays.

And yes, Neo, we’re gossiping about you.

Maybe you each need your own tree that you can decorate however you like.

Or to save money buy one tree and split it in two and you each can have a half.

The radioactive material is such a small amount it is not enough to make a string of lights out of.

Hmm. . .perhaps it would be enough to start a breeder reactor and so you could make even more radioactive isotopes.  Plus you could power your building that way.

Firstly, we have the smallest flat in the world, so our tree is only about 1 1/2 feet tall. We haven’t room for two trees. We’re actually starting to wonder where we’re going to put our usual one this year.

Secondly, I’d accept being radioactive in exchange for being warm.

She certainly couldn’t complain about being cold again.

I don’t know, the loss of hair might make her scalp a bit chilly.  Although the gangrene in her limbs would help counteract that, I suppose.

Well, you’ll just have to get Matt to dress up as an evergreen and to stand in the middle of the living room all season long whenever he’s at home.  Then you can decorate him.

Matt objects to that idea, Acci…

And fun as that would be, Neo, it’s not really semi-permanent.

On a similar topic, we were at the supermarket yesterday, and they were selling christmas tree baubles with pictures of christmas trees on. I didn’t want to look closer in case the christmas trees on them had baubles on with christmas trees painted on them, which had baubles… etc., etc.

It just seemed a little pointless to me.

Maybe if you’d looked closely, you would have seen an image of you looking at the ornament on the tree, on which was painted you looking into the ornamanet on the tree, on which was painted you looking at the ornament on the tree. . .

My forbidden friend’s husband had that issue after they removed the tumor… the plate (or bone… not sure which now) covering the access hole moved a bit, so he complained of a sloshing sound because of it…

:gulp:

He found it quite humorous at least…

This is a small office in an old block building in old downtown (which was actually destroyed by a tornado about 79 years ago so it is about 790 years old).  We have a couple of fire extinguishers, whether they work or not is an unknown.

1927: Tornadoes. May 9, Poplar Bluff tornado. Worst tornado to strike Missouri this century with 93 deaths. The F4 tornado took 3 minutes to pass through the city killing 83 people in Poplar Bluff alone. Slightly over $2 million damage.

I tell you what… you go ahead and buy yourself something nice with the money you would have spent on the Purple Lamborghini you were gonna get for me for Christmas…

That ought to be enough reward for entertainment of us unworthy slobs…

...and yet I am quite attached to both of them sir 😛

Actually had a kidney stone that had to be surgically removed… I believe it was from my right side, so if you want to take one I suppose that one would be it… although that one would presumably be “cleaner” since the stone had already left it…

...anyhow… Hands Off!!

Bye Joe.

I never saw number 2.  I rather enjoyed the first one, though.

Hmmmm. . .you know, considering all the marijuana fields I saw in Ghana, there probably are some very happy farmers there indeed. . .

Although now it’s Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day instead, so rather than going to Ghana you should go to your local sushi restaurant and demand a free meal as war reparations.

If the sushi appears to be glowing don’t eat it either.
