We used to get together on Saturday night and game, but we’ve fallen out of it.  We spent most of the time just chatting.  I want to get back together for a real game, and I’ve been pushing them to do it.  It’s just a hassle getting everyone together at one time.

Hi, Mort. It has been a while!

And DD isn’t totally dead. There are still a few straglers. I’d get back into it, but I just don’t have the time.

(didn’t mean it was totally dead but it’s not likely to attract as many “New” starters when computer games require less patience, etc. Kids these days would rather sit at home and go online than go round a mates and have a group session)

Oh God, Risk was fun but took forever to set up.  Never tried Warhammer, but I knew a lot of people that played it.

Yeah, pencil and paper roleplaying games are mostly for the older crowd, sadly.  And the worst part is, most of them are so geeky they frighten me.

LOL True. I grew out of them when I discovered pubs, weed and women. Imagine if I ever discovered a beer drinking, weed smoking hottie who loved role play? (And not that sort of role-play I might add….!  wink )

No, I’ve been doing some deep-down cleaning in my living room (i.e. not just hoovering and hiding stuff behind the sofa).
And paypal are just pissing me about.
