NASA Scientist Shows Hidden Info on UFOs and Dinosaurs

I’ll be nice and post this video under “Links” instead of “Hoaxes.”  And all I have to say is:

Umm…

“Here’s Billy on the prehistoric planet to see the dinosaurs.”

Is he claiming that the goverment found these “mother ships” in the 70s, and for some reason felt compelled to give someone named Billy a tour of the galaxy with them, but not tell anyone else? And they let him take pictures, as well as keep them, even though they wanted it to be a secret? 😕
