I just signed into my account after a rather long sabbatical and have been trying without success to update my profile information. I’m mainly interested in updating my e-mail, since the one on file isn’t in use anymore and thus makes getting updates a pain.

Every time I try to update, I get an error message that the form timed out and I need to refresh. Refreshing does nothing, going to the previous page and refreshing does nothing, and trying to just update really quickly and beat the expiration does nothing.

Is there something I’m missing for sign-ins?

I think you’re going to have to email Alex directly, Zelda.  We used to have access to accounts, but I’m not sure we still do as our old link stopped working after an update.
