Tag Blocker - Update?

On my local news station there's a quick story about that spray that supposedly blocks your tag from being photographed. On wtvt.com, under the "News" section is "Top Stories". They aired a little segment this morning, but the site only has the bulk of the clip. I searched around for the clip but couldn't find it.
News station is saying that it DOES work.
Cops are saying it DOES NOT work.

I heard about that stuff a while back. As I understand, one version I heard was it has reflective particles and depending on light and angle, the image will become unreadable. |

Answer: THEY'RE BOTH RIGHT!
If you try it from a specific / certain angle it DOES work...
If not, it DOESN'T work...
What they fail to tell the masses is that it goes both ways... each camp wants to be completely right... which they aren't. |
